Jim and Aaron were super helpful in my search for a home. I was searching mainly for a duplex and both of them were always there to help answer any questions I had and explain anything that needed explaining. When it came time to buy, they were on top of communication and helped make it a painless and expedient process, while always making sure I knew what was going on. Jim was our realtor for the sale of our house and we could not be more pleased with how the whole process played out. From the beginning, he was knowledgeable, honest, and readily available for any questions we had. I know Jim is quite busy and must have a number of clients he is managing at once but it never felt that way. He was always communicating and responsive, even during “off” hours. Jim was an excellent real estate agent. I am a multi-family real estate investor that was looking to broaden my portfolio in the area.
